Howard (and his wife) are both amazing individuals that I am lucky enough to say worked with over the last year. Howard was our landlord/property manager for a beautiful townhouse in Kapolei, HI. He not only helped us figure out what renting in Hawaii looked like while I was still living in Washington, but also was very helpful regarding move-in, move-out, and rent. The entire time I rented from Howard he was readily reachable, friendly, polite, helpful, and respectful. We had to have a couple of repairs done to the unit shortly after moving in and he was able to get someone out to help us (free of charge) within 24 hours! Talk about service! Unfortunately, I had to end my lease two months early and was unable to give more than 20 days' notice. However, this didn’t phase Howard as he took it all in stride. He worked with us to get checked out of the unit he managed and was more than flex…
